This unassuming little gizmo (actually two pieces) creates an adjustable-length bungee cord out of old inner tubes. The packaging comes with two metal hooks, so that one can go from complete loop to hooked-end cords in a couple of snaps:
I got a couple pairs of each size (road and mountain bike tubes) for testing with Jenn's new Globe Live 3 Mixte's front rack. These are pretty cool! I haven't put them to use as of yet, but they seem pretty sturdy. I'm glad to know these are available. Let me know if you want me to get you some of them!
